Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Accurately process inventory, including scanning, counting, and logging stock movements.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of shipments for delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
