Key Duties:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move stock and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count products, ensuring accuracy against digital records and picking lists.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices proficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
