Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets of inventory efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Load/untract trucks using proper weight distribution techniques
- Manage inventory counts in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/driving record check
