Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide documentation)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass background check and drug screening (client requirement)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to industrial zones in Minneapolis
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
