- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train new team members on warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 2+ years of recent experience
- Proven ability to operate warehouse equipment in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail with accurate inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
