Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory logs.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
