Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using scanning systems
- Maintain accurate warehouse records through digital inventory management tools
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
