Responsibilities
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners
- Securely pack items into appropriate shipping containers with protective materials
- Verify order completeness and documentation before dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized work area following OSHA standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Availability for flexible scheduling during peak seasons
