Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage before packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring) to move inventory safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks as required during the shift.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train our own team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
