Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Packing: Inspect items for quality assurance and package them securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Truck Loading: Load outbound trucks according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English; good communication skills.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
