Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols
- Meet/exceed productivity targets (150-180 units/hr)
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance
Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to North County location
- Pass background/drug screening
