Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
