Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load trucks accurately to meet daily shipping targets.
- Use handheld scanners to update inventory status in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso facility.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts.
