Responsibilities
- Picking Orders: Locate, retrieve, and pull items from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices based on customer orders.
- Packing & Shipping: Safely package items using appropriate materials, ensuring they are securely secured for transport.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks to maintain stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk long distances.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
