Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanning devices.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Package goods securely for shipment and ensure accurate labeling.
- Conduct daily safety checks and report any equipment or facility hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
