Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently pick merchandise from shelves based on customer orders and pack items securely for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and record inventory using handheld scanners to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure order accuracy before they are shipped out.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as required by the shift.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized and clean.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using computerized inventory systems.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
