Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and packing slips with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging materials are sufficient to prevent breakage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure shipping deadlines are met and workflow remains uninterrupted.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to work nights, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
