Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
