Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking shipments.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for all inbound and outbound freight.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
