Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
