Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Follow quality control procedures and report equipment issues
- Support loading/unloading activities with proper safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4 days/week)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
