Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and update stock databases with high accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure all outgoing packages meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs for shipments, damages, and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for reliable candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
