Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, count, and stock incoming merchandise with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery to customers.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system data.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all quality control procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we offer on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) and mandatory overtime when needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
