Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Package, label, and organize inventory with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices accurately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required (we train).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
