Job Summary
As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly during the evening hours. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and accurately using appropriate equipment.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
