Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks according to safety schedules and weight limits.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
