Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain data accuracy
- Optimize warehouse organization through efficient stacking and labeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Assist in training new associates on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
