Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during night shifts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting systems
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS software
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in monthly cycle counts and physical inventories
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy metrics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
