Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trailers in a timely manner, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for weighing packages and calculating shipping costs.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
