Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Quality Control: Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (Class A or B) preferred but not mandatory.
