Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels match system data.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to update inventory status in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Valid driver's license (not required for internal operations, but a plus for cross-training).
