Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) safely and accurately to move inventory.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage-free delivery.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
