Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a high-efficiency environment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
