Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight, materials, and equipment from trucks and trailers during night shifts.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Driving: Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles).
