Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting cycle counts and verifying stock levels during the night shift.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment center environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF guns is a plus.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain certification after hire).
