Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare customer packages for shipment and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly on a regular basis.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work a consistent schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
