Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, verify incoming shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure all items are properly labeled and staged for shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify bills of lading, and process paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand safety instructions and labels.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
