Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely handle and transport products from trailers to the warehouse and vice versa.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package items for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to work full-time.
- No Experience Needed: On-the-job training is provided for all candidates.
- Communication: Basic English skills for following instructions and using scanners.
