Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory levels through cycle counting
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect and package products to prevent damage
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation to North Tampa industrial area
