Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock adjustments to maintain accurate records.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during shift transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
