Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we offer paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
