Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Scan barcodes and verify product accuracy during the fulfillment process.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
