Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of freight.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
