Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for all positions).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
