Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and correctly.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the night shift operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
