Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift or night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate RF scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
