Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
