Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and order processing.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
