Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify item quantities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process returns, damaged goods, and inventory adjustments according to company protocols.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for overtime shifts when needed.
