Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments onto trucks and pallets using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in inventory processing.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions.
